Modification or Cancellation of Reservation

Your reservation can be modified or cancelled free of charge until 3:00 PM the day before your arrival.

Refund

If cancellation is made within this period, the refund will be processed to the credit card used for the booking. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to you by SMS.

Check-in and Check-out

Time Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: the room must be vacated before 11:00 AM the next day.

Secure Payment

All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, a fully secure online payment solution.
